In October 2024, I led a multi-channel Halloween flash sale for two LEADING Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products — REME LED and REME HALO. The campaign achieved 332.53% YoY revenue growth, generating $34,641 in sales over just four days compared to $8,009 in 2023.

the challenge

This campaign marked the company's first-ever online-only sale DUE TO legacy ERP limitations. Overcoming this challenge required seamless cross-functional collaboration, creative problem-solving, and a targeted multi-channel MARKETING strategy THAT reinforced urgency, exclusivity, and relevance.

working with our sales and p&s team leads - we opted to combat erp barriers by emphasizing urgency throughout the ad copy and limiting product pricing on different platforms.

I collaborated with the Director of Parts and Supplies to strategically select two high-performing IAQ products—REME LED and REME HALO—for this multi-channel campaign. These products were chosen for their pricing flexibility, proven market demand, and seasonal relevance as OCTOBER MARKS THE BEGINNING OF ALLERGY SEason.
