my process

  1. for all projects, I offer a complimentary clarity call to understand your specific needs and vision. this typically takes 1 hour. beyond our clarity call, i offer business consulting tailored to your needs at $100 per hour

  2. following our clarity call, we will agree upon terms of service and a timeline for deliverables. a non-refundable deposit is required at 50% of the entire estimate.

  3. throughout our agreed upon timeframe, i will provide you with updates for each milestone completed. I maintain an open door policy and will happily provide updates within 1 business day of the request.

  4. when your project is completed, the remaining balance (50% of the entire estimate) is due to receive your deliverables.

  5. i offer 3-5 revisions on all projects. however, i am flexible and take pride in my work and my customer service. i will work with you to achieve the desired goal within the scope of each project.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

At the niche brand, I value the time, effort, and creativity that go into providing high-quality services to my clients. To ensure fairness and protect the work I commit to your projects, the following policy applies to all deposits:

  1. Deposit Requirement
    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure my services for your project. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows me to allocate the necessary time and resources to begin work.

  2. Scope of Work
    The deposit applies to the initial consultation, research, planning, design drafts, and any other preparatory work specific to your project. It ensures that significant progress is made toward your goals from the outset.

  3. Non-Refundable Terms
    Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy protects the time and resources invested, as I begin working immediately upon receipt of the deposit.

  4. Changes or Cancellations

    • If you decide to alter the agreed-upon scope of the project, I will make every effort to accommodate your request. Any additional work outside the original scope may require a new agreement and adjusted fees.

    • If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded, but I may apply it as a credit toward other services within my offerings.

  5. Transparency and Communication
    I strive to maintain open communication throughout the project to ensure your satisfaction. If you have concerns, I encourage you to reach out so we can address them promptly.
