Overview: I designed, executed and managed an end-to-end omnichannel campaign that repurposed technical docs into a cohesive product-focused, value driven campaign across various channels. I chose the Samsung Hylex™ because of it’s cutting-edge, trending features like energy efficiency and cost savings.
Challenge: The HVAC industry typically experiences a 15% sales decline during Q4 due to low seasonal demands. The goal of this project was to drive sales during a historically slow period.
